No, with EZ-Qual data input is quick and painless. Simply upload a point file and let EZ-Qual do the rest or you can take a few minutes and fill out the online form.

Wow, that was easy what do I do now to get the loan?

Simply fill out our one page lock submittal form and send it in. All of the supporting documentation can be sent by email or fax. An approved broker package is required prior to the funding of loans.

What loan types are available?

Most mortgage loan and doc types are available including FHA, VA, conforming, Alt-A, jumbo and subprime.
